Here’s the deal: Buying or selling a home can feel like a lot. My job? To make it feel less like “ugh” and a whole lot more like “I’ve got this.” I’m here to cut through the noise, give you the straight answers, and make the process as smooth (and maybe even fun) as possible.
As the team leader of Heritage Avenue Estates, I work alongside 15 incredible agents who share my focus on building trust and delivering results that matter. Specializing in Dutchess, Ulster, Westchester, and Orange counties, I know the Hudson Valley like the back of my hand—or at least as well as I know the best local pizza joints.
Being fluent in Greek adds a personal touch to what I do. Whether it’s bridging cultures or understanding what matters most to my clients, I bring a little extra connection to the table.
Over the years, I’ve earned a reputation for closing deals others call “impossible” and helping hundreds of clients make moves they feel great about. But for me, it’s not just about the deal—it’s about relationships. LISA FERRARA
Lisa Ferrara is the founder of Superior Mortgage Co., Inc., serving as the President & CEO of the preeminent mortgage broker serving the mid-Hudson Valley for over 40 years.
With deep roots in the area, Lisa has lived in Orange County her entire adult life. Owning her own home where she resides with her three children and her rescue cat Theo gives her a true understanding of the importance of being a homeowner and raising a family in New York. Lisa has a vision that anyone can achieve the independence of owning his or her own home. Regardless of your personal circumstances (i.e., bankruptcy, a difficult divorce, little money or other past financial challenges), you can get on a plan towards home ownership by using her personal consultative approach. Efficient personal service is her top priority. Working closely with borrowers, her processing team, and top-notch investors, Lisa provides a quick turnaround time. Experienced in numerous mortgage products, her specialties include constructive financing and low or no down payment government-insured mortgages.
Lisa is also actively involved in the community. She is personally associated with numerous local associations and charities, including Cornwall Hospital, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Dutchess County Association of Realtors, and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
